Keith is a self taught artist who grew up, and still lives, in Rushden, Northamptonshire. On leaving school he worked for a local engineering company but in 1974 he joined what was then ‘Northamptonshire Ambulance Service’ as an ‘Ambulance Technician’ where he spent the next eighteen years. Having painted as a hobby since his mid twenties it was in 1992, with the support of his family, that he became a full time artist. Since a child Keith has been fascinated by aviation and railways and it is these subjects that he loves painting. Over the years he has been commissioned by many Air Force, Army and Navy units and today his works hangs in military establishments worldwide including the ‘Pentagon’. He also has a collection of sixty one paintings (The 8th Air Force Collection’) on permanent loan to the ‘Mighty 8th Heritage Museum’ in Savannah.
